Founder, Principal Broker: Tami Little, MBA
Education: Tami Little brings over 20 years experience in the real estate and financial industry. Tami earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Gardner Webb University in addition to earning a BA in Accounting from Washington State University.
Background: Prior to forming SouthMark Properties, Inc, Tami was actively involved in the acquisition of large commercial assets such as shopping centers. Tami was also involved in the property management and leasing of these shopping centers after acquisition. Additionally, Tami was actively involved in syndicated real estate investments where security interests were sold through a private placement memorandum offering. Tami also served as the Accounting Manager for a large commercial real estate company where she was responsible for the financial modeling and analysis of real estate acquisitions, as well as the investor financial reporting on property management of the assets. Her financial background coupled with her real estate experience is essential in today’s real estate market and in the success of assisting property owners and investors with real estate transactions. Tami Little is active in the real estate community and is also a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and North Carolina Association of Realtors.
